The University West Building at Case Western Reserve was completely renovated to house the new BioTech Incubator Laboratories and related office and support spaces for startup companies. The first phase of the project included a new lobby, front entry, corporate offices, and exterior signage with several incubator laboratories and a shared equipment room on the second floor. The renovation has many intricate details that add new life to the original 60’s Modern Design. The use of new contemporary lighting fixtures and ceiling patterns make the original dark concrete structure into a dynamic and exciting environment.
