New Headquarters

Cleveland, OH

Located on a prominent corner in Cleveland’s MidTown business district, the new headquarters creates a strong presence on Euclid Avenue with a richly composed exterior wall and a prominent entrance gesture facing the street. The building provides a new home for the administrative, engineering and legal staff of this public utility. The project includes both the complete renovation of an existing, vacant office building and a new, 48,000 SF expansion, to create a new 89,000 SF facility.
